The Division of Energy and Climate, part of Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, hired Lee Ann to design a shortened, user-friendly version of their Delaware Climate Change Impact Assessment. She worked with the agency’s climate specialists to choose appropriate artwork, photos and graphics for the project.
Lee Ann has designed logos and graphic materials for churches and nonprofit organizations. This is a value-added service that complements her planning and sustainability experience. Her website and graphic design enterprise is www.kairosideas.com.
She designed this logo for the Delaware-Maryland American Planning Association Conference in October 2014. The logo was used in flyers, on letterhead and for many other related uses.
Lee Ann is accomplished at using video to explain difficult subjects in terms everyday people can understand. She also really enjoys making them. She shoots, edits and produces her own videos, using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere to compose the final product.
To encourage engagement in projects such as the LEED certification of agency headquarters, Lee Ann has deployed a number of tactics, including interactive electronic newsletters, contests and other promotions, posters, surveys and creation of branding logos.
Websites integrated with social media to make them come alive and be interactive are a specialty. Most websites are built on the WordPress platform, allowing for maximum functionality and robustness. Lee Ann has built several websites, including this one. Others are:
