Many firms are long on planning knowhow but short on translating their expertise into compelling, readable reports. No one will sit still to read a 100-page Word document. Lee Ann Walling is a certified graphic and web designer, as well as a former journalist trained to avoid jargon and write straightforwardly.

Recent examples include “Working Waterfront” documents for Leipsic and Little Creek, a master plan for Bridgeville and Greenwood, a Chesapeake Watershed Implementation Plan for Laurel, Laurel’s Downtown Development District Plan, and Laurel’s draft Comprehensive Plan.
